SmartGate: Vehicle Visit System is a self-service system for simpler planning, efficient check in and quicker processing. Creating easier workflow between administration and driver.

How it works
SmartGate provides two options for pick-up and/or drop-off.
The most effective being to administer all preparations online and connect the booking to the trucks license plate so that the driver simply can confirm the registration upon entering the terminal and receiving the designated spot for drop-off or pick-up.
The second option is have the driver use the SmartGate Kiosk at the terminal to process shipment registration and check in on-site.
The SmartGate system will be launched throughout all of our terminals starting from 2023. Information on the latest installations of Smart Gate will be sent via email or given out to drivers at the terminal prior to launching. See all active SmartGate terminals
