In January Revenue implemented a temporary administrative easement for the lodging of the Safety & Security ENS declaration for RoRo goods movements. Since then, Revenue has worked with some 750 businesses to ensure they have the capability to complete and lodge ENS declarations themselves or through an agent. Consequently, the temporary administrative easement is being withdrawn with effect from 5pm on the 23rd of June 2021.
