Improvement is always a big part of our strategy moving forward. With the customer in mind, we continue to develop all that we have to offer. Since November 2022 we are running a survey asking our freight drivers about the experience of our services onboard and in our terminals. We are happy to have received more than 1,800 replies so far with feedback that will help us plan our improvements.
With the advice we have received, some of the most prioritised projects will be the food menu in the Freight Drivers Lounges. A core menu will be implemented throughout our fleet with an added selection of local and seasonal choices that change frequently. Another project is our new ‘Smart Gate’ system in our ports; developed to simplify the checking in process. Furthermore, we are planning to implement new functionalities in the Freight Driver app.
One of our biggest projects is Freight Friends, a hub with information and special offers for all freight drivers. As a Freight Friend every driver can enjoy a variety of benefits that make every visit as smooth and relaxing as possible. Some of the benefits include entry to the Freight Drivers Lounge, discount in our shops onboard, a free meal voucher, and dedicated hygiene facilities. Offers and benefits are continuously updated and to keep information up to date we send out emails with news and information to all Freight Friends.
