Our latest addition to our Freight Portal is an updated version of the track & trace functionality. As a new feature to improve efficiency and the planning of your shipments you will now have an estimated ready for pick-up time for the incoming unit as well as the dashboard in the On Quay menu gives an excellent overview of incoming unaccompanied units and units standing on the quay, ready to be picked up.
We are very pleased to see the numbers of online booking are continuously increasing with an average over 90% across all regions. Comparing the same numbers from 2020 the online booking rate was around 85% compared to 2021’s 91%. We want to flag for the business regions North Sea an Poland that have numbers around 98%, way to go!
