At Stena Line we are actively seeking feedback from all our customers in regards to the experiencethey have with us. We genuinely care what you think and would like to hear from you as to how we can make travelling with us a better experience for you. Tells us what you think we should do, anything big or small, so that we can improve our services to you.
On Irish Sea’s northern routes we are piloting a new way in order to collect that feedback, that we hope YOU will help us with.
Over the next six months we will be asking all freight drivers at CHECK IN to provide us with their personal mobile number, so that we can send a link to their phone via text message with a short survey, that we would then really appreciate you complete.
The mobile numbers will be stored in line with GDPR and will ONLY be used for the purposes of this survey.
