Delivery of freight units
The delivery of any type of freight unit (both accompanied and unaccompanied) to the port of departure can only been done when a prior booking for a specific sailing has been confirmed. The freight unit will NOT be allowed entrance to the terminal without a confirmed booking.

According to our transportation conditions we will not do any stamp check
Plugging in reefers on the quay
There is no facility to plug-in reefers on the quay.
Dangerous substances
Transport units with dangerous substances which are being offered for shipment must be correctly placarded, according to the law, and are not allowed to be parked for more than 12 hours on the terminal.
Repairs to trailers by third parties
We will allow repairmen to make repairs on our terminal if they comply with the procedures as designated by Stena Line. If you would like your repairmen to be permitted entry to our terminal we request that you contact our Port Operations Manager Europoort. The procedures will be given to you and your repairmen, upon request.
Cargo Card
The so-called “cargo card” system will no longer be valid.
Cut-off times for no show and late handling units:
Rotterdam – Immingham v.v.: 4 hrs.
Rotterdam – Harwich v.v.: 4 hrs.
Parking
Demurrage & Standage conditions
Accompanied vehicles are required to leave the port immediately after arrival.
Vehicles or trailers not intended for shipment are not permitted in the ports.
