Lift-On/Lift-off/Loose traffic
Lift-on/Lift off facilities for unaccompanied containers is not available on this route. Loose traffic is not normally accepted on this route.
Cut-off times for no show and late handling units – 1 hrs.

Storage facilities
Accompanied vehicles are required to leave the port immediately after arrival.
Unaccompanied units should be collected within 48 hours after arrival.
No vehicle / trailer will be permitted to enter the terminal without a Stena Line Freight export booking reference, and unaccompanied vehicles / trailers will not be accepted into the terminal more than 24 hours prior to the booked sailing. Vehicles / trailers dropped in advance of booked sailing may be forward-shipped depending on operational requirements.
It will not be possible for vehicles / trailers to be left at the port for ‘storage’.
Demurrage/Standage charges
Unaccompanied import vehicles / trailers or other equipment must be removed from the terminal within 48 hours of arrival. Stena Line Ports Ltd reserves the right to charge standage tariffs where this is not adhered to.
