We are unable to accept hazardous vehicles for shipment unless the hazardous documents have been processed prior to arrival at port.</

Important guidelines
Customs
There are Customs facilities for import or export requirements. All non-community status goods should be indicated on the booking request. EEC goods do not normally require customs clearance.
Lift-on/Lift-off/Loose traffic
Lift-on/Lift off facilities for unaccompanied containers is not available on this route. Loose traffic is not normally accepted on this route.
Cut-off times for no show and late handling units – 12 hrs.
Parking
Storage facilities
Accompanied vehicles are required to leave the port immediately after arrival.
Unaccompanied units should be collected within 48 hours after arrival.
Vehicles or trailers not intended for shipment are not permitted in the ports.
Demurrage/Standage charges
Charges for trailers or other equipment that remain on the quayside for a prolonged period of time may be charged parking/standage charges.
